In 2025, I made a major change in my business after 13 years of "selling" and I made the pivot to "service". My service within the real estate space is broad but is representing sellers, representing buyers, handyman service work, owners representation work in new construction, general contractor liaison, all the way to 'house watching' for longterm vacancies. Since 2012, I have enjoyed being a Realtor to my clients. I have completed between 45 to 15 transactions a year. To grossly oversimplify my areas served- I sell throughout the I-71 cooridor from the Ohio River upto Lebanon. My focused focus is within the middle area within Madeira/ Montgomery area. Ive been able to follow my clients as they move, follow my clients relationships into the fringes of that general geography. Over the years, Ive been honored to market personal homes, speculative built OTR properties, gentlemen farms in rural Warren and Clermont Counties- the diversity of properties are difficult to capture but the common denominator has been my honest representation communicating opinion of value, marketing strategy and amplitude of interest, etc.
