ROACHES and MOLD.
THIS PLACE IS INFESTED.
Also I've been waiting 2 YEARS for them to replace the door to my mailbox. I haven't received mail in 2 years. They don't care.
Also this ad is not updated. WATER IS NO LONGER INCLUDED IN RENT.
They lose your packages.
EVERY BUILDING has a MAJOR plumbing issue. ALL BASEMENT and 1st FLOOR UNITS FLOOD!
The laundry rooms ARE FILTHY and every single one smells like your dirty clothes are better off dirty.
They raised the rent $150... after covid and evicted almost everyone.
Gentrification at its very best.
DO NOT MOVE HERE.
Your worth more than this. I'm stuck here for now, you don't have to be.

OK for starters there is a lot of homeless people in this area they sneak in and sleep in the hallways so leaving out of your unit you need to be cateful not to trip over homeless people .and in the basement in my building the laundry room is down a dark hallway And you need a flash light to see once inside basement door walking to laundry room. The front door to my building is locked but the young lady upstairs decided to kick the glass in because she couldn't get inside due to her... boyfriend putting her out I know because they were very loud in the hallway . the walls are very thin I hear everything above me . its so much more just save your money only rent here if you have to the pool is never working or "up and ready for use" The units are small

I haven’t even been here for a week and the ceiling is already leaking. They told me they renovated all the apartments but in reality they just painted over everything carelessly. The tile on the floor is already lifting there is no kind of gloss on the floor so it’s easy to scratch up. I honestly feel like I’ve been tricked . I do not want to live here anymore and I’ve only been here for five days. The pipes are so clogged up that the water drains super slow . Please make this apartments your... last option I am so disappointed I feel like I have been cheated……..

Since I lived here, May 2020, we have had not 1 not 2 but 5 different landlords. The office staff is always changing so you speak some one one week and then wonder why you never get a response and realize of there’s an entire new staff to run everything by AGAIN that month! The roaches are HORRIBLE! The faux hardwood they have in the apartment is bubbling up and tub is leaking. No assistance after calling many of times! Anytime it heavy rains I have to stay at a friends because best believe my... apartment will be flooded and they don’t care just “ oh well call your renters insurance for any damaged items “. Honestly the lost can on and on… just be careful moving in here.

Not worth living here. It's under new management nothing new has changed except they are raising the rent while my building door is still broken, still have roaches and the neighbors are loud and it's always law enforcement in this area. The roaches are out of control. It's soo embarrassing. Don't live here. You will regret it.
