Large house within walking distance to Xavier University and short distance from University of Cincinnati , restaurants and entertainment. This is a two-family rented as one house with room for 5 students making rent very affordable per person.... Ideally, 5 people will rent together and rent is $360 per person a month. There is a one month security deposit due at lease signing. There are two full baths and an equipped kitchen. There is a washer and dryer for our tenants to use and we pay for water. There is a garage, driveway and off-street parking in a nice, safe neighborhood. The house has a large front porch, second floor balcony, beautiful hardwoods and woodwork. Large closets, room for everyone. And nice landlords. :>)) We are fire inspected annually and try to maintain a clean and safe house for our tenants. We have rented to Xavier students for 20 years and University of Cincinnati students for 4 years.
