I’ve really enjoyed living here! The property is well maintained, and any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled quickly and professionally. The staff is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. The Cadence is welcoming, and I appreciate how clean and quiet it is. Great location and overall a wonderful place to call home!

I would not trust this property with the safety of your family. These buildings are old, and they do not conduct thorough checks of the plumbing system before assigning you an apartment. On my first day moving in, the old water heater was leaking an unpleasant gas, and the tap water smelled like rotten eggs. I expected issues like that to be resolved before signing a lease and entering. Despite the aged infrastructure, they do not feel it is necessary to replace every old water heater, which can be very dangerous if you don't check for yourself. I expected to move into a unit ready for occupancy, but that was not the case. The staff assures you everything is safe, but they do not truly know and pass the blame on to someone else. Two months of free rent is not worth your safety.

This is my first apartment and I honestly have nothing but great things to say about it! The quiet and convenient neighborhood welcomed me and the leasing staff was amazing to work with. I am absolutely in love with my new apartment and highly recommend this hidden gem to everyone! The location to downtown and northern Kentucky is perfect for me, and they are brand new apartments that won't break the bank.
