Mice Infestation & Unsafe Living Conditions – Avoid This Place!!
I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. The biggest issue? A serious mice infestation that made living here unbearable. While it might seem like a good deal—affordable rent, nice view, close to stores and stadiums, but the living conditions are awful.
After moving in during winter, pest control was constantly spraying, even though there were no obvious issues at the time. Once summer came and I turned on the heater, mice started coming out of the heater which was attached the walls. They ran across the floors all night, touched the dishes, ripped open snack bags, and left droppings everywhere. I couldn’t sleep at night because they were constantly scurrying around, looking for food.
I reported the issue repeatedly, but it took over six weeks for maintenance to respond. When they finally came, they used glue spray, in the bedroom one mouse got stuck on the rug while he was doing it, and the maintenance ripped it up the mouse and left. No cleanup, no follow-up.
The kitchen was renovated, but the rest of the unit and building are old and even smells. The hallways smell bad too, because the place is unsafe and unsanitary.
1-3 People move out every month. Now I know why. The office staff were unprofessional and treated my concerns like a personal issue instead of a health and safety matter. Don’t let the “first month free” the place deal fool you. ask why They have a lot of Vacant apartments. this place is not worth it and i hope this will help someone out there Specially Moms with Kids. thank you!!

Don't move there flipping horrific!!!!
My place flooded since I been there 11 times. They cut ceiling open and left it like that pieces falling on me. All è closet doors in apt never put on since I got there. Fell on my kid 3 times. Put me in another unit while they fixed leaks and that unit flooded. Don't move there it's trash.

Horrible place to live!
Yeah the price may be nice but If you have any type of complaint the landlords are not helpful at all !
Infested with bed bugs & roaches.
The hallways smell like weed, and the apartments are not in the best of shape

The worse place to live in the tri-state.
You have reasonable rates here for a reason. The apartments are outdated and management will not update while you live here. The owners are rude, The owner is a nasty man who doesn't seem to care about anyone other than making his bank account larger. The property manager will not give on anything, they will tell you to contact your renters insurance even if it's the fault of the old outdated building. Its seriously like living in prison....you can't do anything here even have a guest without the property manager sending you a notice of unauthorized occupant, yes no visitors allowed!! Park on the lot you will be towed if you don't have a parking sticker, do not lose your original one that you are given when moved in, or you will get the third degree getting another one.
Bed Bugs are in the units and so are Roaches.
You have been warned!!!!!
