Love it so far
Extremely walkable to so many different locations in a bustling city but maintains the small charm and quaint feel. Excellent service, friendly neighbors and a good escape in a big city. no issues with any amenities and very well unkept and definitely recommend

Great Management & Place to Live
I’ve been living here since May 2025 and can say that if you are looking for a first time apartment or just wanting to be close to Cincy and Newport I can’t recommend this place enough. Management here is seriously phenomenal with their communication to other tenants and just in general they are awesome people.

Positive Experience
I’ve really enjoyed living here. The property is quiet, the office staff is friendly, and maintenance has always been helpful when I’ve needed them. My only complaints are the parking situation, since it can be hard to find a spot near your building, and some residents not picking up after their dogs. Other than that, it’s been a great place to live.
