The unit features 17' high ceilings and huge south- and east-facing windows with stunning, picturesque views over Northside's slate turrets and spires to the trees and mansions of Mount Storm. There are hardwood floors throughout the main areas and heated, natural slate floors in the bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with high-end Bosch appliances and a complete set of kitchenware. Neighbors include UC faculty members and professionals. Tenant will enjoy use of the building's common library, exercise room, lounge, and outdoor entertainment area with grill and benches. A dedicated parking spot is in the well-lit lot. Access is by key code for entry, with security cameras in building common spaces. Lease start and end dates are negotiable. Per condo rules the minimum lease is six months, however the terms for early departure are negotiable. Landlord is a UC faculty member who prefers e-mail for communications.
