Kemper House - 3 Rooms Fully Furnished
Kemper House - 3 Bedroom is an upstairs semi- private loft type space with 1 fully furnished bedroom with a queen size bed and a large closet. This has a smart-A/C in the room and a smart space heater as well.
The second smaller room can be used as... a lounge or office space. This is a furnished area as well.
The third room is a large but cannot be considered a bedroom as there is no windows. I currently utilize this as a gym space but this can be used in any way you please.
Lots of closet and storage space.
It's semi private as I do have a storage unit upstairs that I access at times.
I do live in the home and the rest of the house is a shared space. I have 2 full size bathrooms. one on the main floor and one in the basement which I do not use.
The basement has private entrance access and the laundry room. I used to use this space as my dog training facility but I am not retired. It is a nice open space with a tv and a couch. Could be a nice spot to hang out.
It is almost 2 acres of fenced in land with a large deck, perfect for hanging out.
I do have animals on the property - dogs and cats. I usually work from home and am usually pretty quiet and laid back. I play video games or watch tv in my free time.
The property is located directly next to Sharon Woods with a "private" access to a trail.
On several bus routes. Close to all main highways (71/75/275/Reed Hartman Hwy-126).
I am clean and enjoy time to myself. Looking for a housemate who is similar. I am okay with being friendly and hanging out and also very okay with passing by one another and not saying a word.
Pets are ok. Cats always welcomed. Small dogs are okay. Med -large dogs must be temper tested before approved.
