This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. I don’t even know where to start. This apartment is extremely overpriced for how small and gross it is. They are extremely unresponsive. In the first week of me living here my Cadillac converter got stolen. Their emergency maintenance line hardly answers. I got locked out of my apartment because my sliding door locked behind me since it’s such a cheap door and I was on hold with maintenance for over an hour and never was connected to an actual... person. They have an emergency alarm that went off in my building for a whole night and no one would answer the phone to come turn it off. They take weeks to fix important maintenance issues and some they won’t even show up for. My heat went out on the coldest days in the winter and it was so cold all the water and sewage pipes froze and I had to leave because it was unlivable. The sewage pipe above my apartment burst in December and they were notified and it was still not fixed in July when I moved out. There was sewage all over my ceiling. Not only is it unsanitary but it ruined some of my stuff. They were notified of the issue and did nothing to fix it. They constantly have random contractors in your apartment working on random stuff and give you the broadest range of dates they can be there so they can basically show up whenever. They randomly shut off my power without any warning. On top of all of this they have tons of cockroaches. They also refuse to answer the phones or emails as soon as you live there. Absolutely the worst apartment I have ever lived in in every way.

Bad management. Roaches. Do I need to say more? Steer clear.

This apartment is one of a kind they weren't kidding when their banner said "your our 1st priority". The apartment has free high speed internet, cable tv, balcony, ceiling fan, giant closets, air conditioning, and great views. The apartment community includes clubhouse, fitness center, laundry facility, swimming pool, and pet friendly. The Maintenon service is awesome they will come as soon as a few hours. Apartment office is also open everyday. Just a great place overall.
