Lairs
I lived at this property for over 4 years. Once the new ownership took over from Greenish Village, the quality of living declined significantly. Amenities were under construction or unavailable for most of my remaining time, yet rent continued to increase to an unreasonable amount for Cincinnati.
Communication with management was frustrating and inconsistent. Despite giving proper 30-day notice (which I have documented in emails) and speaking with the leasing office multiple times about not renewing, I was still charged an additional move-out fee that felt unjustified.
There were also ongoing concerns about safety and homeless individuals on the property, which were raised with both on-site management and upper management, with little resolution. Overall, the new management focused more on fees and turnover than on resident experience. I would not recommend this property under its current ownership.

Fixing the AC for my apartment.
Kevin and his Crew did an outstanding job fixing the AC problem in my aptmt. A portable AC unit was installed the moment I called to report the problem. Kevin and another worker arrived the next day and fixed the main AC unit. It only took them a few hours. After they finished, my aptmt was cool within 3 hours.

Would rather live in a 30 year old RV
I don't like to write bad reviews, but at this point I have no choice. Stetson has always had poor reviews on most platforms. The reason this is not always visible is that. The company that runs Stetson gives away free stuff to residents (more raffle style) if they review Stetson highly and talk positively about it on social media. If you are thinking about living here, ask yourself, why would they do that if the place was good? If you want to read an honest review, keep reading. This is the experience you would hear of if you asked anyone here what they actually think about living here.
I considered not writing this review, because the people that work here are generally nice, but this doesn't change the utter incompetence and lack of responsibility that this place holds. There is often no follow up on work orders, they will leave things broken for months until you beg to fix them, the appliances are garbage ("new renovated" appliances break at an alarming rate, they don't work particularly well), the place always has weird noises and residents being loud outside, and did I mention everything is always broken? I routinely have to wait weeks to get something fixed, often with the staff gaslighting me and saying that it is not even an issue. The staff takes no responsibility for when things go wrong, often not even apoligizing for mistakes they have made, and forcing you to pick up after them. Enjoy sending in your application 5 different times because they can't find the last four you sent! But this incompetence is not an exception, this is the rule. I've lived here for years, and the gate for our "gated" driveway has been down the vast majority of the time. I know residents who have had things stolen from the garage during this time. So much for a safe "gated" garage with cameras. This also is not even mentioning how half of the ceiling on the fourth floor collapsed last year and could have killed residents if they were in the rooms! This place is a whitewashed tomb.
Don't be deceived by the marketing. If you want to spend a lot of money, go get yourself a nice place. Don't waste your hard-earned money here, trust me. Oh, also your rent will go up by at least 200 dollars a month each year (if you are lucky). 0/10 would not recommend.
