#1 place to live in Downtown Cincinnati

I’m a current resident that did lots of shopping around in the downtown Cincinnati area, and by far I made the best decision by choosing the radius to live at. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and the apartment is kept up with very well.

Radius at the Banks!

I love this apartment complex! It’s right by the river so it’s great for walking. The pool and amenities are so nice and it’s got great views. The staff are all so lovely, highly recommend!

Great Downtown Location

I've lived in a 2BD/2BA at Radius since 2022. The units are modern with large kitchen islands, walk-in showers, laminate wood flooring with carpet in the bedrooms; in-unit washer/dryers; and dark brown cabinetry; building amenities are fantastic - pool, fitness center, grills, dry cleaning, private parking. Maintenance requests are responded to immediately. Staff is friendly and welcoming.

Amazing experience!

I have had such a lovely experience with the amenities and staff at Radius. It’s a prime location and perfect place to start the post-grad life. The staff does a wonderful job planning community events and making residents aware of local events. Service requests have always been handled very timely. Couldn’t recommend more!
