Our leasing options include immediate move-ins based on availability, as well as pre-leasing for the upcoming school year beginning each fall-so call or tour today to secure your spot early! Choose from a variety of spacious layouts-studio, one-, two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom apartments-each featuring open living areas, comfortable private bedrooms with individual locking doors, and plenty of storage. Residents also enjoy dedicated work and collaboration lounges, ideal for both group work and quiet focus time, as well as community amenities tailored for comfort, creativity and connection. We proudly offer corporate housing, short-term leasing, and a pet-friendly environment (with a $200 pet fee and $35 monthly rent; breed restrictions apply.) Staff is fantastic and incredibly helpful! Everyone is always on top of everything (sometimes even before I bring a question up). Apartments themselves are lovely, warm, and welcoming. Quick walk to campus while still allowing for privacy. They also host events if you are looking to socialize!
