I’m really excited about the changes happening under the new management and maintenance team! They’ve already started making improvements, and I have high hopes for the direction they’re taking things. They’ve also started hosting some great new events, which have been a fun way to bring the community together. Looking forward to seeing what’s next

I do not know where to begin with this place, they do not disclose all of the material facts before signing your lease. I am sure the maintenance staff do everything that they can with what they are given but if they refuse to let you tour the unit prior to signing the lease this is why. The trash rooms always fill up and overflow and the hallways therefore smell horrible 90% of the time, they are always understaffed and have no one at the front desk. They never return emails or phone calls. If... they are able to fix your problem, it only takes them about 3 weeks, several emails and multiple office visits for them to do so. Most of the appliances don't work and are outdated. Very deserving of a zero star review.

University station is the worst off-campus location you could ever choose to live at. The hallways smell like trash and weed. The location may appear safe but in reality it is not. For example, my apartment was broken into when I was away for a wedding. I only received one phone call and no voicemail. It wasn’t until two days later that I read a note on the web portal which noted that my apartment was possibly broken into. When I called I was told the property manager (Kristin) would be in... meetings all day, it wasn’t until I called back later in the day, infuriated that I was put on a line with Kristin. I had assumed that the camera in my hallway, three doors down would have recorded whomever kicked down my door. I was then notified that none of the cameras within the building work. I was told my door was “re-secured” but it wasn’t. By the time I arrived back my door was still open and broken. I notified Kristin, and she essentially blamed maintenance saying that they promised it was secure. Since I arrived back during the night, she asked if I wanted the emergency maintenance team to come fix the door or wait till morning. Obviously, the door wasn’t fixed until the next day. I no longer feel safe at my apartment and I’ve been sleeping on my friends couch for a month. The property manager is of no help, and not returning any of my calls. This location is overpriced to begin with and the staff is of no help. I’d recommend living on campus or commuting to where it is cheaper to live with more space.

Way overpriced for the quality of the rooms. If you put in a maintenance request it will take at least a week for someone to come a fix the problem..no matter how urgent it is ex: broken washer/dryer
Dirty stairwell, cat and dog poop everywhere around the building.
If you are a student. Live off campus! way better value

Signed a lease with University Station a few months ago. The furnishes are very nice and the location is perfect-- close ride to the highway, Hyde Park, Oakley, etc. Although ideal for a Xavier undergrad and graduate student, it is the perfect place for anyone in the market for a new home with its gorgeous layout and amenities.
