The front door to building one still does not work and the other day a complete stranger came in and was hanging out. None of the gates work went there is no urgency regarding safety

Our apartment has been leaking since move in, and recently has been getting worse and worse… nothing is being done. there’s no updates on anything, no communication. the staff is nice! I like them. But when it comes to maintenance things.. that’s a headache. and still, no mail key after reporting not having one since the start of the keys being distributed.

this is one of the worst apartment complexes you can ever live in as a student especially if you’re a full-time student and you work and if there is ever an issue with your rent or electricity bill or anything wrong down to your apartment management in upper management is the worst people ever get in contact with they say you were getting in contact with them and they never get in contact with you you gotta keep calling up there and I don’t take full accountability for anything that they do or... say to you they tend to forget what they say it’s just a horrible mess and I do not recommend that somebody that started living here

During the tour they said my electric bill will never be over $30 but it has never been under $30 one month it will be $45 and the next it will be $75 with no change, and when I talked with leasing office the email said one thing and when I called they said another, the lady on the phone even said “oh yeah that is a lot”
I no longer receive emails when packages arrive, A package got delivered 2/10 and I never got a notification to come pick it up until I went on 2/15 wondering about my package.
