something is always broken, and no matter how many times maintenance comes to fix things, it doesn’t fully fix it. The maintenance crew is amazing, don’t get me wrong. The problem isn’t with them, but with the building itself. It just wasn’t built well. There’s also the problem where living here feels less like an apartment complex, and more like a dorm. Either that, or it feels as though I’m living at a parent’s house. My apartment room was not trashed, or anything of the sort. There were clean... dishes sitting out and drying, as well as some shoes spread around the apartment when maintenance (and the owner) came in for the inspections (which I should add does not happen at normal apartments), and my roommates and I got an email to clean the place up. I just find it ridiculous that clean dishes and shoes are enough to make management alarmed that the place was trashed.

I've visited what seems to be an endless amount of properties. I was immediately blown away as soon as I laid my eyes on this one. Head to toe, Vanguard is without a doubt top of the line. Amazing staff, arguably even better interior designers. One of the strongest buildings I've ever seen. It's a place I highly recommend. Even if only just to stop by. I promise you won't want to leave.
